How the chess clock works
White always moves first. Press Start to begin White's time. After making a move, each player presses their own clock to stop it and start the opponent's clock.
Two-player game clock with sound
Play bullet, blitz, rapid or classical chess with increments, audible move cues and a clear fullscreen clock.

An increment adds the selected number of seconds after each completed move. Common presets include 3+2 blitz and 15+10 rapid chess.
Keep sound enabled for clear move and game cues, or switch it off for quiet play. Test your device volume before starting a timed game.
The two large clock pads are designed for touch screens and remain easy to recognise in fullscreen mode. For solo timing, use the online stopwatch.
